hi i am also in middile .. as i also think that it is usefull as well as waste of money as my parents visit my sister in america after every 1 year.. so what heppen u know . when we take travel insurance we need to spend a lot of money .. u know that money is equal to one more ticket we can buy .. but on other side is it important also as if something happens wrong in that country then first of all no doctor wil help and secondly it will be too costly..
